Købmandsgården

Købmandsgården is located in charming, beautiful buildings from the 1800s in the centre of the harbour town of Ballen. The farm has been renovated, but still exudes cosiness. At Købmandsgården you can rent double rooms with toilet and shower or holiday apartments in various sizes (up to 12 people). It is possible to book holiday apartments from one day to several weeks.

The price is cheaper if you book multiple nights versus a single night because you have to pay for final cleaning in the apartments. There’s plenty of space in the garden and outside your accommodation to hang out and eat. The sea is just across the road, where there is a lovely beach.

In the restaurant ‘Den Gamle Butik’, located at Købmandsgården, you can enjoy a simple breakfast, delicious lunch, coffee and cake and dinner.
In the restaurant’s wine cellar you will find good wine that you can drink on the terrace or take with you.

Købmandsgården has a bright and charming function room in ‘Trælasten’, where up to 60 people can gather for a party or corporate event. Købmandsgården and Den Gamle Butik are happy to help organise a stay for a group or company.
