Here, ingredients and inspiration are sourced from the surrounding nature and the island’s uncompromising producers. Enjoy gourmet experiences in our bright restaurant with a genuine seaside hotel atmosphere, or al fresco in the idyllic courtyard.

Behrnt offers changing seasonal menus, a la carte menu, an exciting wine list and local drinks. As of 2024, the restaurant has been certified with the Organic Food Label.

Parties and celebrations
Let us take care of the planning of your party, so all you need to think about is who you want to invite. Choose between our lunch or evening event, both with a 3-course Signature Organic menu and organic wine menu. You are also welcome to contact us for other requests.

Hold your next meeting, course, seminar or conference in beautiful settings at Ballen Badehotel. On Samsø, you’ll also find countless opportunities for teambuilding activities and other experiences with your colleagues.

We offer comfortable accommodation and modern meeting facilities in our spacious hall/lounge, which is equipped with a projector, screen and whiteboard.

During the event we provide water, fruit, snacks, organic coffee from ØNSK and homemade cake. It is also possible to order a delicious lunch platter. Simply choose the meeting package that suits your needs.

It is also possible to get a tailor-made meeting package.
